Non-Egyptians' Study Tuitions

·        For BA Students:

1-      First time registration fee is about ₤ 1000 in faculties of Arts, Law, Commerce, Economics and Political Sciences, Dar Al-Ulum and Arabic Studies, Women and Education in the literature sections. The fee is about ₤ 1500 in the other faculties and institutions.

2-      Annual tuitions: It is about ₤ 1000 for the first class faculties as shown in article (A/1). However, it is about ₤ 1500 for the other faculties and institutions.

·        For postgraduate students:

1-      First time registration fee is about ₤ 1200 in the first class faculties, as stated in article (A/1).  It is about ₤ 1700 in the other faculties and institutions.

2-      Annual tuitions: the diploma student pays ₤ 1000 in the first class faculties, as stated in article (A/1). However, it is about ₤ 1300 in the other faculties and institutions.

     MA student pays ₤ 1200 in the first class faculties, as stipulated in article (A/1), and it is about ₤ 1300 in the other faculties and institutions.

     PhD student pays ₤ 2000 in the first class faculties, which are stated in clause (A/1), and it is about ₤ 2500 in the other faculties and institutions.     

·        These tuitions are paid in two installments, the first is due at the beginning of academic year, and the second is due after the mid-term vacation. Non-resident students with permits are allowed to apply for exams in the BA from abroad, according to the tuitions stated in clause (A/1).

·        Part of this amount is assigned to services, and the rest of is directed to the general treasury according the instructions of Minister of Higher Education.

·        The minister may decide whether to exempt foreign students from paying all or part of their tuition fees.
